I am glad I listened to her 😅 This is an unreal experience honestly, to get to see one of the 7 wonders of the world from up above. The magnificence of it just blows your mind. Please bear in mind that most of the flight to and back from the Great Barrier Reef is a normal plane ride, with not much to see after you have gone past the Whitsundays. The flying time at GBR is only around 5-7 mins for the pilot to do a couple of passes over the Heart Reef.”
